Fitness Hoop classes start this week in Hamden and Milford. Wednesday's Hamden hoop class 7:15-8:15pm for 8 weeks running September 30-Nov 18. As well as Thursday's Milford hoop class 7:00-8:15pm for 8 weeks Running oct 1-Nov 19. Sign up with each town's adult education office to register. Come get your hoop on!!!!!
